Returns Policy – Gifts on the Gold Coast
Return Window: 7 Days
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for all eligible products.
Any damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
How to initiate a return:
Contact us at giftsonthegoldcoast@gmail.com or call +61 434 618 936. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a free pick-up of the product.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Eligibility:
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Some items, such as perishable goods, are not eligible for return — check the product page for details.
Shipping:
We provide free pick-up of returned items within the Gold Coast area.
Exceptions & Notes:
Customised or perishable products may not be refundable.
Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be refused or partially refunded.
