Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Alcohol Policy

If you order any alcohol to be delivered on its own you must add other items that come to a total of 25% of the Alcohol value. Eg $100.00 Alcohol you must spend $25.00 on extras or things to go with the gift. We cannot supply Alcohol on its own as we are a gift hamper company, not an Alcohol Store.

No Alcohol can be sold or supplied to anyone under 18. ID may be required to be presented upon delivery.

Delivery Information

IF YOU DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR YOUR HAMPER TO BE LEFT AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS PLEASE NOTE IT IN THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS UNDER SHIPPING. YOU MAY INCUR AN EXTRA CHARGE.

IF YOU PROVIDE A CONTACT NUMBER FOR THE PERSON GETTING THE DELIVERY THE COURIER WILL TEXT THEM AND LET THEM KNOW THE DELIVERY HAS BEEN LEFT AT THE  ADDRESS PROVIDED.
